LOS ANGELES, Sept. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The ViSalus Founders -- Ryan Blair, Nick Sarnicola and Blake Mallen -- presented the 2014 Global Leadership Award to John C. Maxwell following his keynote speech at Vitality, Vi's global celebration event held September 12–13 in Houston, Texas.
