Vitrue Names Harris Troutman as General Counsel
Global Technology Law Veteran Added as Vitrue Continues Staff & Growth Expansion Worldwide

Harris Troutman has joined as General Counsel. Effective immediately, Troutman will oversee all the company's legal affairs, including spearheading all legal efforts for Vitrue's global expansion and serving as board secretary. Troutman is just one of many staff members Vitrue is hiring as it prepares to open more than 10 offices worldwide in 2011. Vitrue has tripled its staff during the last six months, adding positions at all levels including engineering, development, client services and executive.

Troutman brings more than 12 years of international legal experience across the information technology space including software (SaaS-based) licensing, professional services, manufacturing, financial and general transactions, to name a few. Most recently, he was a partner at FSB FisherBroyles, LLP, named by US News & World Report as one of the nation's top information technology law firms. While at FSB FisherBroyles, he advised and represented numerous international companies on all aspects of information technology and professional services. Additionally, Troutman was General Counsel and Secretary for RubberNetwork, a global technology and professional services company formed by ten of the world's largest tire and rubber companies. He also served in associate roles at other firms including Drew, Eckl & Farnham. Troutman earned his JD at Georgia State University and his MS and BS in economics at Auburn University.
