VIVE CONCIERGE LAUNCHES PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM TO EXPAND FREE AND SUBSIDIZED TELEHEALTH ACCESS TO AT RISK POPULATIONS
Program invites donors, health institutions, and care providers to join movement for equitable healthcare access
LOS ANGELES, Sept. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Vive Concierge, the nation's only minority and women founded virtual care company, today announced a national partnership program to expand free access to its telehealth platform for marginalized communities across the United States. The program invites foundations, philanthropic organizations, historically Black colleges and universities (HBCU), medical schools, and health professionals to join in delivering care to those most affected by racial inequity, and policy-driven healthcare loss.
The Congressional Budget Office estimates that recent federal legislation could strip healthcare access from more than 16 million people by 20341, with Black, Latino, and immigrant communities bearing the brunt. In response to rolled-back health protections, VIVE's initiative enables partners and donors to underwrite critical care for people experiencing homelessness, low-income patients, immigrants, older adults, and communities of color who are being aggressively excluded from traditional pathways.
Vive's Care Platform integrates with Epic, Cerner, and other major electronic healthcare record (EHR) systems to enable secure two-way data exchange and real-time care coordination. It democratizes concierge medicine by giving providers and patients unified record access and seamless referrals, improving diagnostics, treatment, and outcomes. Already serving people the system has failed, Vive is scaling a sustainable model with leading universities, clinics, and physicians, and is inviting mission-aligned partners to help ensure no one is left behind.

Vive Concierge's encrypted platform, initially built for the Los Angeles County Street Medicine Coordination Collaborative with UCLA, USC, Venice Family Clinic and other Federally Qualified Health Clinics (FQHC)s, is bridging access gaps for unhoused and medically vulnerable people.

The partnership program is now actively onboarding philanthropic and institutional collaborators through a national outreach and engagement effort. Vive has a pipeline of thousands of doctors and health professionals who have expressed interest in joining.
