Vizion Health to Develop Fort Behavioral Health in Fort Worth, Texas
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Dec. 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Mark Schneider, CEO of Vizion Health, LLC ("Vizion") announced today that the company has partnered with a Texas-based company to develop Fort Behavioral Health, a 125-bed behavioral healthcare hospital located in Southwest Fort Worth, Texas.
After developing two prior successful behavioral healthcare companies, Mr. Schneider, a veteran in the field, formed a third company, Vizion Health. Vizion is privately owned with a home office in Charlotte, NC. Mark brings a seasoned behavioral healthcare team with him, including Mr. Stephen Chesney as Chief Operating Officer and Dr. Ann Miller as Chief Development Officer. Mr. Chesney has many years of experience operating multi-site and multi-state psychiatric businesses. A recognized national expert in the substance abuse treatment industry, Dr. Miller brings more than 30 years of addiction treatment experience to Vizion. Aaron Kneas, Vizion's Chief Financial Officer, is a 20+ year veteran in healthcare investment banking. Mr. Kneas played a significant role in putting together the Fort Behavioral Health partnership for Vizion.
Vizion currently owns and operates Willow Crest Hospital and Moccasin Bend Ranch in Miami, Oklahoma. Willow Crest is a 50-bed acute care psychiatric hospital and Moccasin Bend Ranch is a 28-bed residential treatment center.
Fort Worth is Vizion's second development project; the company is currently involved in the development of a new 90-bed state-of-the-art acute care psychiatric hospital on the West Coast.
