VMG Partners Announces the $1.0 Billion Close of Consumer Fund VI

SAN FRANCISCO, May 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- VMG Partners ("VMG"), a growth equity firm that partners with entrepreneurs building transformative consumer brands and technologies, announced the closing of VMG Partners VI, L.P. ("VMG Consumer VI") at its target and hard cap of $1.0 billion.
