The acquisition pairs MarketStar with a multi-billion-dollar Utah-based company.
Founded in Ogden, Utah, in 1988, MarketStar employs more than 1,000 employees worldwide, with primary offices in Ogden and a newly announced facility in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. The company also has offices in Dublin, Ireland, and Melbourne, Australia. MarketStar will operate as an independent company within the Wasatch Group. The current management team and employees will continue with the business.
