Yong joined Weidner in 2022, bringing over 21 years of experience in accounting and finance. She holds the CPA and CFA designations and earned her MBA from Pennsylvania State University and her MPA from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining Weidner, Yong held senior finance roles in both public and private sectors, where she led cross-functional teams and implemented strategic financial initiatives. Her leadership has been instrumental in enhancing Weidner's financial management and reporting capabilities, ensuring the accounting department effectively supports the company's growth.
