West Coast Symposium On Addictive Disorders To Host Recovery Event Open To The Public
LA QUINTA, Calif., May 24, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- C4 Recovery Solutions will present a free recovery event open to the public at the 8th annual West Coast Symposium on Addictive Disorders on Friday, June 2, 7:30-9:30 p.m., at the La Quinta Resort & Club, La Casa Courtyard.
The open-air event will feature a panel discussion focusing on journeys of recovery of high-profile personalities and advocates. The event panel includes Brian Cuban, an attorney, author and recovery advocate; Randy Grimes, a former professional football player whose career spanned 10 years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and an interventionist; Thaddeus Matula, an Emmy and Peabody Award-winning director; Sirah, a multiplatinum award-winning artist and motivational speaker; Jeff VanVonderen, an interventionist featured on the A&E Network's Emmy-winning documentary series, Intervention; Ryan Hampton, creator of the documentary Facing Addiction and recovery advocate; and Katie Donovan, Executive Vice President of the nonprofit FAN-Families Against Narcotics and a national speaker on addiction.
