West Palm Beach attorney Craig Distel joins McDonald Hopkins
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Nov. 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Attorney Craig Distel has joined the West Palm Beach office of McDonald Hopkins LLC, a business advisory and advocacy law firm, as an Associate in the Litigation Department.
Distel comes to McDonald Hopkins with experience in commercial litigation and construction law, including representing developers, contractors and subcontractors in construction defect, contract and lien claims. He also has experience analyzing coverage issues associated with third-party and multi-party defect claims.
He earned a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Distel participated in the Certified Legal Intern program with the Miami-Dade State Attorney's office, as a member in the County Misdemeanor crimes division. He also worked with the University of Miami Investor Rights Clients, where he oversaw and handled Financial Industry Regulatory Agency arbitration cases. Distel also received a B.A., cum laude, from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University.
