Westinghouse Wins Ovation™ I&C Modernization Project At Kozloduy Units 5&6
CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa., Jan. 16, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Westinghouse Electric Company today announced that it has signed a contract with Kozloduy Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) in Bulgaria to migrate the current Ovation™ platform-based information and control (I&C) systems at units 5&6 to its latest standard, bringing even more competitiveness and efficiency in the way these plants are operating. Kozloduy will migrate to the latest Ovation platform, which will include the integration of a Safety Parameter Display System, Emergency Operator Procedures (EOP) and partial modernization of the Full-Scope Simulator.
