Whiskies of the World Bay Area Tour - Bringing The Art of Whisky to N. California March 2020
SAN JOSE, Calif., March 6, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Whiskies of the World (WOW), The Quintessential Whisky Tasting, was named Best Whisky Festival 2019 - USA by Lux. Life Magazine, and heralded sold out events over their 2019 six city tour. In late 2019, IWSC's decision to merge two of their most popular whisky events, Whiskies of the World and The Whisky Extravaganza, to create the foremost Whisky tour in the United States, traveling to 15 major cities for 2020.

This one-of-a-kind tasting experience aims to foster a broader and deeper appreciation of the brown spirit and its complexities by connecting consumers and brands through curated experiences. Whiskies of the World boasts 250+ whisky samples, hors d'oeuvres, and optional educational master classes from the top distillers and their brand ambassadors.
Attendees will enjoy a wide range of world brand whiskies during the 7th Annual San Jose, and 21st Annual San Francisco events, March 27/28. Featured world brands Paul John Whisky, Glengoyne, Penderyn, Glenmorangie, Ardbeg, and US brands Old Elk, High West, Westland, Belle Meade Balcones, are only a few of the confirmed brands for attendance. A mixture of masterclass topics, taught by industry experts, is available for the novice to the connoisseur. Attendees will be able to meet Mr. Paul John of PJW Distillery, industry experts Oliver Chilton and Tom Smith in San Francisco, while San Jose hosts David Cover World Brand Ambassador for Penderyn Whisky and Eitan Attir of M&H Whisky Distillery.
