Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. Board Declares Quarterly Dividend

WHISTLER, BC, April 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. (TSX: WB) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared its second quarter dividend of $0.24375 per share payable on April 27, 2012 to holders of common shares of record on April 24, 2012. Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. designates this dividend to be an "eligible dividend" for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and similar provincial and territorial legislation.
