White Label Communications Announces Hosted EdgeView and Partnership with Edgewater Networks
White Label has always made it their mission to invest into the success of their resellers, and EdgeWater Networks' EdgeView Virtual Appliance is no exception.
WEST CHESTER, Pa., Jan. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- White Label Communications, a wholesales voice over IP telephone service provider to resellers across the United States, is happy to announce their new partnership with EdgeWater Networks, the top maker of industry-leading VoIP routers and gateways. White Label has always made it their mission to invest into the success of their resellers, and EdgeWater Networks' EdgeView Virtual Appliance is no exception.
It all began in the summer of 2013 when EdgeWater Networks invited White Label along with two other US companies to participate in the Virtual EdgeView Field Trail Beta program. After the huge success of the said beta program, White Label is now ready to offer the Hosted EdgeView as a service to all their resellers.
Thus, in light of this new development, White Label will be giving all of their resellers a free tenant license to the EdgeView Virtual Appliance.
"This is great news to all resellers because they will gain greater visibility and control over their customers' VoIP networks," said Chris Griffith, Chief Technology Officer with White Label Communications. "The EdgeView places our resellers in an proactive offensive position as opposed to a reactive defensive position."
White Label Communications will be implementing the following add-on modules on the new EdgeView Virtual Appliance:
- VoIP Monitoring: Users can enjoy device and network monitoring capabilities including MOS scoring and reporting from EdgeMarc ESBCs. Through the user-friendly EdgeView GUI, users can monitor and control password management, configuration changes, firmware upgrades, backups and restore, and web proxy access.
- EdgeView Reports: Users can access real-time view of converged networks based on data collected from EdgeMarc ESBCs. Users also get a comprehensive library of reports, enabling network operators to quickly and easily retrieve both detailed and summary call quality performance metrics.
The EdgeView Virtual Appliance works with networks of all customer sizes. It has also been installed in a redundant high-availability configuration to ensure the device is available when White Label Resellers need it. Its flexibility will give resellers more options with what they can do, and how they want to do it.
With the help of the EdgeView Virtual Appliance, resellers will be able to easily scale their VoIP service. Tasks such as device management, performance reporting, VoIP performance monitoring and troubleshooting, and the automated provisioning of many VoIP devices will be more manageable than ever before. Also, network impairments that negatively affect the call quality of VoIP will be faster to detect and resolve, even remotely. Thus, overall, resellers can expect to look forward to enjoying benefits such as shorter problem resolution times, reduced overall costs, and greatly improved end-user experience.
White Label is confident this new partnership is something their resellers will look forward to, as it is their priority to put their resellers' needs first and foremost. Indeed, 2014 is off to a good start for White Label.
