White Lodging Announces Plans for Dual-branded Hyatt Place/Hyatt House in Downtown Denver

MERRILLVILLE, Ind., April  23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- White Lodging Services announced today it will construct a Hyatt Place/Hyatt House dual-branded property in downtown Denver and that it will operate the property under a franchise agreement.

The property will be White Lodging's first newly built Hyatt House, as well as its first dual-branded Hyatt property. Upon opening, it will be White Lodging's fifth newly constructed, urban Hyatt Place. 

Construction of the property is expected to start this fall with an anticipated opening in the spring of 2015. The stand-alone 21-story building will have 346 hotel rooms at the southeast corner of 14^th Street and Glenarm Place.

All 346 suites will be spacious and will feature signature Hyatt Place and Hyatt House design. All guestrooms are also equipped with a mini fridge,  a 42-inch flat screen TV, and free Wi-Fi.

The hotels will be White Lodging's 25^th and 26^th managed properties in the state, adding to a portfolio that includes Denver, Boulder and the surrounding communities.
