Wikia And Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment Announce Partnership On Official Community For Action Game Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor

SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Wikia, the social universe of fandom and the ultimate source for powerful and relevant game expertise, along with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, today announced a partnership that empowers community to play a central role in the upcoming action game Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor.

The initiative will unite an avid Wikia Middle-earth fan community with the Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor Wikia page as the official community site for the game. It will also debut Palantir, a companion iPad app named after the seeing stone from Middle-earth lore. Bringing a new innovation to gameplay, Palantir reveals additional layers of information, insights and fan-authored content to create an ultimate second-screen experience. 

Available in the Apple store late January, Palantir will provide gamers with the most up-to-date information and accurate guides and walkthroughs that exist on the web for Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor pre-release and post-launch.
