ORINDA, Calif., Aug. 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Construction is underway on the Art + Garden Center at the luxury new community of Wilder in Orinda, which features 245 homesites in one of the Bay Area's most beautiful settings. On June 7th, the groundbreaking ceremony took place with members of the Orinda City Council, City Officials, City staff as well as Brooks Street, the master developer of Wilder.
The Art + Garden Center will be a 6,600 sq ft facility that features 4,100 sq ft of flexible space that includes four separate studios. Construction is expected to be complete next summer 2018.
