WilsonHCG, in partnership with select clients, will use video interviews through Wowzer during the initial screening portion of the hiring process. Screeners will be able to better assess a candidate's skills in the early stage of recruitment and increase an already high overall level of service. Wowzer offers both time-shifted video interviews, which candidates can respond to at their leisure, and live video interviews. Since time-shifted video interviews are recorded, WilsonHCG will be able to allow hiring managers and recruiters to review top candidates' interview responses before interviewing finalists in-person.
