Wirecard and Burda Digital Conclude Umbrella Agreement for Payment Services

MUNICH, Germany, November 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --

Wirecard AG has gained Burda Digital GmbH, a Hubert Burda Media company, as customer. The umbrella agreement is also valid for its eCommerce holdings, which include both online retail as well as digital services. The agreement spans credit card acceptance (acquiring), provided by Wirecard Bank AG, as well as an option to use additional payment methods. As a result, the companies in the Burda Digital division can use Wirecard's services at the agreed framework conditions.
