Woodbridge Luxury Homes of California Sells Home of Mod Squad Icon

SHERMAN OAKS, Calif., June 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Woodbridge Luxury Homes of California announced that it has sold the 1,920 square foot former home of actress Peggy Lipton for $4.15 million.

Lipton, the former Mod Squad star, purchased the property in 1998 and sold it to Woodbridge Luxury Homes earlier this year. The ranch-style, single-story house that is set on a hillside above the Knoll and Greystone estates, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It features a long balcony along the rear of the home, with panoramic views of Los Angeles. The property also features a terrace and swimming pool.

Woodbridge Luxury Homes is very active in the purchase, renovation, and ground up development in the Sherman Oaks, Beverly Hills and Bel Air neighborhoods. In May, Woodbridge Luxury Homes also announced the $5 million sale of a 6,500 square foot Hidden Hills equestrian ranch to entertainer Miley Cyrus.
