Woodway Energy Infrastructure Appoints Russell Shriver as Chief Commercial Officer

HOUSTON, Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Woodway Energy Infrastructure LLC ("Woodway"), a leading developer, owner and operator of intrastate natural gas pipelines and related energy infrastructure assets, today announced the appointment of Russell Shriver as Chief Commercial Officer, effective immediately.

Mr. Shriver has nearly 30 years of experience in commercial, strategic, and development roles. He joins Woodway as the company continues to expand its infrastructure platform to serve growing energy demand from data centers, independent power producers (IPPs), utilities, industrial customers and LNG facilities.

Mr. Shriver has held senior commercial and development roles with several leading data center developers and operators, including Digital Realty and Vantage Data Centers. At Vantage, he led expansion initiatives that doubled the number of North American markets served while driving significant capacity additions across the company's existing market footprint, representing billions of dollars in planned capital investment.

More recently, Mr. Shriver's work has focused on one of the most significant challenges facing the digital infrastructure and energy sectors: delivering reliable, scalable power to increasingly large and complex loads. He has been involved in the development of multiple on-site generation solutions designed to complement utility infrastructure, enhance power availability and provide customers with greater flexibility in meeting their evolving energy requirements.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Shriver spent approximately 15 years in commercial leadership roles with telecommunications companies including NEXTLINK/XO Communications, Level 3 Communications and CenturyLink, where he helped develop, launch and scale a range of new infrastructure-intensive products and technologies.
