Company Also Announces Two New Executive Hires to Accelerate Market Growth and
Delivery of Product Innovation
HOLMDEL, N.J., Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- WorkWave®, a leading provider of software and solutions that help mobile service companies thrive, today announced two new hubs in Wavelytics® Decision Intelligence, the analytics layer built into PestPac® and RealGreen® software, available to customers using Decision Intelligence.
For PestPac customers, Customer Hub is designed to help reduce customer churn and present business growth opportunities. It scores each account's risk of canceling, shows the top reasons behind that risk, and shows how much recurring revenue is at stake so teams can step in before a customer cancels. With near-real time data refresh, issues get caught the same day. Plus, Decision Intelligence lists which tech has the highest callback rate within minutes, and based on analysis of existing customer data, its insights can ultimately increase services, with some customers seeing 40 percent more per tech on average.
For RealGreen customers, Sales Hub fuels a growth-oriented mindset, showing how the sales pipeline is performing, from estimate requested to sold, by company, region, market, branch or representative. It also gives teams a prioritized list of stalled quotes with links straight back into RealGreen.
Wavelytics Decision Intelligence by WorkWave helps pest and lawn businesses spot what's slipping while they can still act on it. By embedding regularly refreshed metrics and insights directly into PestPac and RealGreen, it turns data into a work list inside the software teams already use every day.
"Our customers not only receive the added benefit of actionable insights that can transform their business; our AI-driven Wavelytics Decision Intelligence means they can avoid a custom data warehouse, equating to an estimated 80 percent reduction in data engineering costs based on internal analysis," said WorkWave CEO Kevin Kemmerer. "We're proud to continually invest in our customers' ability to grow and succeed – and to make a difference in their bottom line."
The Company also announced the hires of two new executives: Chief Marketing Officer Cristine Kao and Chief Customer Officer Kiran Dhanuka.
"We welcome Cristine and Kiran to our executive team," said Kemmerer. "They arrive at the perfect time to drive innovation and transform the customer experience as we build momentum and champion excellence."
Both Customer Hub and Sales Hub are being showcased this week at PestWorld and Equip, the pest and lawn care business's largest industry tradeshows.
