World Team Tennis Loads Club Rosters and Announces Tickets On-Sale Date

Marquee additions join WTT's new clubs as tickets go on sale on September 15 at WTT.com

NEW YORK, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- World Team Tennis (WTT) today announced an expanded roster of elite players across its three teams and released the official schedule for the league's reimagined 47th season this December. Tickets will go on sale beginning Tuesday, September 15 at 10am ET on WTT.com.

• Toronto North Racquet Club: Victoria Mboko, Leylah Fernandez, Denis Shapovalov, Gabriel Diallo
• New York Empire Racquet Club: Jessica Pegula, Taylor Fritz, Frances Tiafoe, Camila Osorio
• Florida Flamingos Racquet Club: Learner Tien, Iva Jovic, Tommy Paul

"In line with WTT's original vision, we wanted to have top-ranked players competing against one another in a team setting," said Stephen Amritraj, CEO of WTT. "In one night, fans get to watch elite men and women compete across singles and mixed doubles while representing their teams and cities. It's more variety, more competition, and more meaningful tennis packed into each match, and we think that creates an incredible experience and great value for fans."

As part of the league's relaunch, WTT has introduced a new match format designed to deliver top-tier tennis in a shorter window. Team matches will feature four singles sets – Men's No. 1, Women's No. 1, Men's No. 2, and Women's No. 2 – and a mixed doubles Supertiebreaker, with both genders contributing equally to the overall team result. Each team will start four players per match (two men and two women), with the league set to announce additional players in the coming weeks.

WTT's upcoming season will feature six matches with each club hosting two home matches.

• Saturday, December 5: New York Empire @ Toronto North (Coca-Cola Coliseum)

• Monday, December 14: Toronto North @ Florida Flamingos (Amerant Bank Arena)
• Tuesday, December 15: New York Empire @ Florida Flamingos (Amerant Bank Arena)
