Worlds of Fun Brings New Frightful Features to Midwest's Leading Halloween Event
New this year - astonishing acrobatic show, phobia-themed Skeleton Key rooms
KANSAS CITY, Mo., Sept. 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- A new stunning acrobatic show and 6 new dread-inducing secret rooms await guests as Worlds of Fun's 2017 Halloween Haunt returns weekends starting September 16. The high-flying performers of Skeleton Crew will join hundreds of monsters in the midway, alongside dozens of gruesome attractions and thrill rides, in presenting the biggest Halloween event in the Midwest.
Skeleton Crew brings a thrilling cirque-style show of talented skeleton-costumed acrobats to shock witnesses with electrifying aerial performances. New Skeleton Key rooms take fear to a whole new level. Guests will experience their worst nightmares coming to life in six new phobia-themed Skeleton Key rooms, exclusively available with a Fright Lane PLUS Skeleton Key. This premium add-on experience includes priority access to 13 mazes and attractions, and features more intense and interactive scares in the Skeleton Key attractions.

Halloween Haunt starts on Saturday, September 16th and runs through October 28th; frights begin after 6:30 p.m., and Extreme Haunts are not recommended for guests younger than 14 years of age. Scare-free family activities are available every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. with Great Pumpkin Fest, ending on October 29th.
With the purchase of a 2018 season pass, on sale now at the lowest price of the season, guests can experience a visit to the park – including Haunt - in 2017.
