La tienda hace honor a la fortaleza de los héroes cotidianos a través de historias, colecciones culturales y eventos comunitarios.

Algunas voces destacadas incluyen: una abogada convertida en entrenadora de boxeo que ayuda a sanar dentro y fuera del ring; una estilista de pelo y madre soltera que además se enfoca en su pasión por el diseño de moda; un trabajador del Metro que es mentor de jóvenes mientras mantiene en movimiento a su ciudad y a su familia; una enfermera que cuida a sus pacientes con cultura, amor, esfuerzo, y en dos idiomas; y un trabajador de almacén cuya dedicación impulsa a las comunidades día a día, entre otras personas cuyo esfuerzo suele pasar desapercibido.
