(NASDAQ: WW), a global wellness company powered by the world's leading commercial weight management program, announced today that as part of its brand commitment to healthy living as a human right, the company pledges two million dollars to provide 10 million nutritious meals and three million pounds of fresh produce to those affected by the current issues of food insecurity. WW will donate the funds via its charitable platform, WW Good, directly to the charitable partners on the front lines of these efforts.
WW is uniquely positioned to help address the health and wellness of so many during this difficult time. Beginning April 15, the company will launch a global healthy giving challenge. The challenge will encourage WW members to participate through the company's in-app rewards program, WellnessWins. Members earn rewards by taking healthy actions such as tracking food, physical activity, and other healthy habits. They will be incentivized to redeem those rewards for donations to charities, including those that provide fresh fruits and vegetables and healthy meals to communities in need. While the ability to donate to WW Good has always been a part of the WellnessWins program, through June 15, all donations will directly support WW's charitable partners such as Feeding America®, the nation's largest domestic hunger relief organization, and Wholesome Wave, along with other US and global charitable organizations who are on the front-lines of getting food into the hands of people in need. WW will match WellnessWins member contributions, totaling two million dollars and providing local food banks with 10 million meals and three million pounds of fresh produce.*

Members of the Roc Nation family will further support the cause by amplifying the message in their local communities.
The devastating impacts of COVID-19 have left member food banks across the US experiencing unprecedented demand and many vulnerable families, and newly unemployed individuals, are turning to those local food banks for support. WW believes that access to healthy food and overall wellness is a human right and now more than ever, remains committed to doing its part in meeting those goals as part of a global community.
*From April 15th to June 15th, WW guarantees a minimum donation of 6,500,000 meals (monetary equivalent of $650,000) and a maximum of 10,000,000 meals (monetary equivalent of $1,000,000). $1 helps provide at least 10 meals secured by Feeding America® on behalf of local member food banks. *$1 helps provide at least 9 pounds of produce secured by Feeding America® on behalf of local member food banks.
