Wyless announces new Chief Technology Officer ( CTO )

Quickly establishing year over year revenue growth and overseeing significant margin expansion, Gavin successfully managed the sale of the business to IHS Inc. in late 2014. 

Before this, Gavin worked for UBM PLC where he held a number of CIO/CTO positions being deployed into their businesses with clear mandates to transform and scale.
