"X-League: Fall Season is the biggest simulator golf competition we've ever run," said Michael Ruvolo, CEO of X-Golf America. X-League is played under a handicapped format, so results reflect how well someone played relative to their own ability, not just who posted the lowest number. In addition to handicapped play, multiple tee distances (men's, senior's, and ladies') are available to account for skill level. Winning doesn't require being the best golfer in the room. It requires playing to the best of one's own potential, which is exactly what the handicap measures.

Our goal is to find who played the best over the season relative to their potential, and give those players a shot to win $10,000."

Indoor golf has exploded in popularity for good reason. A round isn't weather dependent (rain, wind, or a cold snap doesn't cancel a Tuesday night league), and simulator bays stay open well after dark, so tee times don't have to race the sunset. A 9-hole match moves faster indoors, without a four-plus-hour commitment on the course or time spent hunting for a golf ball in the rough. Local Qualifying X-League rounds are played on newly remastered, enhanced-graphic versions of America's most iconic golf courses, including Pebble Beach, Kapalua, and Oakmont, giving golfers a chance to test their game against the same courses the pros play, without ever leaving their local X-Golf simulator bay.

The Road to the National Finals

• Local Qualifying: National window opens in late September and runs through January 31, 2027, at every X-Golf location nationwide; check with your local X-Golf for exact league start dates.
