XBREW Launches Cartridge-Free Nitro Flavor System EverNitro in Europe at IFA Berlin 2026
After reaching close to $600,000 on Kickstarter, the CES and IFA Innovation Award Honoree enters global mass production and previews a smart coffee scale
BERLIN, Sept. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- XBREW, the beverage technology company behind the EverNitro Cartridge-Free Nitro Flavor System, today announced its official entry into the European market at IFA Berlin 2026. The announcement comes as EverNitro moves into global mass production and direct-to-consumer availability, after reaching close to $600,000 on Kickstarter and earning both a CES 2026 Innovation Award and an IFA Innovation Award in the Home Appliances category.
Xbrew is also previewing Master Scale at IFA: a smart coffee scale with a guided "Brew Assist" mode that walks users through the brewing process step by step. The addition points to a product roadmap that goes well beyond a single appliance.
EverNitro turned heads at CES 2026 in January with a direct answer to the biggest friction point in home nitro coffee: the cost and waste of disposable cartridges. The device uses pressure swing adsorption (PSA) molecular sieve technology to extract up to 95% pure nitrogen directly from ambient air, so there are no disposable cartridges to buy, store, or throw away.
The Kickstarter campaign that followed reached close to $600,000, and EverNitro is now entering full mass production with in-stock retail availability across global DTC channels.
EverNitro filters ambient air through multiple stages to remove dust, oil, and moisture, then separates nitrogen using twin molecular sieves that alternate between adsorption and regeneration for continuous operation. Users pour their drink into the detachable canister, select a mode, and the machine handles infusion automatically.
Fast Mode delivers a nitro-infused drink in roughly 25 seconds. High-Purity Mode runs for about 60 seconds, producing denser foam and a richer texture at higher nitrogen concentration. Digital pressure control from 0 to 8 bar lets users dial in foam density and mouthfeel across cold brew, cocktails, kombucha, matcha, beer, and juices. External attachments extend the machine's range further: a Nitro-Whip attachment turns heavy cream into whipped cream, while a separate Nitro Canister infuses ingredients with nitrogen to slow oxidation and help keep them fresh longer.
All removable parts are dishwasher-safe, and the built-in dust filter is designed to last four to five years before replacement.
Master Scale, debuting on the IFA show floor alongside EverNitro, is a smart coffee scale with a full-colour OLED display and three dedicated brewing modes: Manual Pour-Over, Guided Pour-Over, and Espresso. Its "Brew Assist" guided mode pairs on-screen prompts with built-in brewing profiles developed by coffee champions, walking users through pour-over technique step by step via a real-time Brew Curve Display. The scale is accurate to 0.1g with one-touch calibration.
The two products are the first entries in what Xbrew is building as a full-scenario smart beverage ecosystem.
"There's a reason most people still can't get café-quality nitro or a properly textured cocktail at home. The equipment is expensive, messy, or locked behind professional know-how. That's been true for years, and not many companies have gone after the problem with actual engineering," said Terry Tan, Founder and CEO of Xbrew. "Our team brings experience from DJI and Breville, and we think about beverages the same way we'd think about any hardware problem: temperature, carbonation, extraction, and flavor are all measurable, controllable variables. We want someone to press one button at home and get output that holds up against what a trained barista produces."
Tan added: "North America is our primary market. The specialty coffee and home mixology culture there makes it the right place to prove out a premium countertop appliance. IFA Berlin is where we start building European distribution in earnest. EverNitro is the first product, not the last. We have a full ecosystem in development, and we intend to be the company that brings serious engineering to how people make drinks at home."
IFA attendees can experience EverNitro from September 4 to 8 at Xbrew's booth in Hall H25 (Booth H25_231), where the company will demonstrate its cartridge-free PSA nitrogen infusion technology and serve beverages prepared with the system.
