Xchanging Signs Two New Procurement Contracts with Godiva Chocolatier, Inc

Announcement marks the tenth major customer win for Xchanging Procurement Services in the last year
Xchanging plc, the business process, procurement and technology services provider, has announced that Xchanging Procurement Services, the third largest procurement services provider globally, has signed two new contracts with Godiva Chocolatier, the global leader in premium chocolates.
The new three-year contracts have been awarded following Xchanging's successful delivery of procurement services to Godiva Belgium B.V. over the past 12 months.
As part of the new contracts, Xchanging Procurement Services will be providing services for Godiva North America from its Chicago-based delivery centre, including spend analytics, tactical and strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier implementation and compliance management. These efforts will support Godiva's transformation of its indirect procurement function.
For Godiva International, the scope of the existing contract is being expanded to cover additional categories of spend, and extended geographically in the company's European and Asian operations, to service countries including Turkey, Hong Kong and Japan.
