Xplorie Announces the Hiring of Two Veteran Hospitality Industry Executives; Continues to Build Executive Team
DESTIN, Fla., Oct. 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Xplorie has announced an expansion of its executive team with the hiring of David Kornblith and Alex Grigorian, both experienced hospitality industry executives. David Kornblith, who previously served as the Head of North American Sales for TripAdvisor Vacation Rentals, will join Xplorie as its new Vice President of Sales, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge. A key team member of FlipKey, which was acquired by TripAdvisor in 2008, David's experience makes him a perfect fit for Xplorie, which is now one of the industry's most rapidly expanding companies.

The hiring of David Kornblith comes on the heels of the company naming Alex Grigorian, former Senior VP of Enterprise Technology for Intercontinental Hotels Group ("IHG"), as its new Chief Information Officer. Alex's hiring comes at a time when Xplorie is seeking to leverage new technology to further streamline the onboarding of new partners and to more seamlessly provide guests access to the wide range of Xplorie's complimentary activity programs.

A former attorney at the law offices of Alston & Bird LLP as well as former President and Chief Executive Officer of ACG Pizza Partners, a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlanta based private equity company Argonne Capital, Matthew is leading the company's strategic expansion efforts.
