Latoski states: "Back in the summer of 2005 I was introduced to Ramtha's School of Enlightenment. I learned about the way my brain and the cells of my body work together. I consciously decided that I would use my understanding of the knowledge I obtained from the school to its full potential. I began to focus on my heart functioning better. From what I learned in Create Your Day® when I arise, to the twilight® visualization process into sleep, every discipline of focus throughout every day was dedicated to my heart functioning better. After a couple of weeks I simply let it go. After that, once in a while, during one of my disciplines, I would focus on it throughout the rest of the year.
