YesStyle and YesAsia Partner with KCON 2013

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- YesStyle and YesAsia, the world's leading online retailers of Asian fashion and entertainment products, are proud to serve as partners of KCON 2013, a Korean entertainment convention to be held August 24-25 at the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena in California. Launched in 2012, KCON offers a comprehensive entertainment experience for fans of K-pop and K-dramas as well as all things related to hallyu, or the Korean Wave. As part of the festivities, KCON is also giving away a US$500 YesStyle shopping coupon on Mnet America's Facebook page.

Organized by Mnet America, the two-day convention includes dance, Korean culture and lifestyle workshops as well as celebrity panel discussions hosted and moderated by well-known Asian-American and American talents like Kollaboration's Paul "PK" Kim, violinist Jun Sung Ahn, artist Dumbfoundead, K-pop choreographers Aimee Lee Lucas and Ellen Kim, and more. Special autograph sessions and fan meet-ups are also included in the activities.

The event concludes with a concert on August 25 headlined by some of the biggest K-pop idols including Big Bang leader and solo artist G-Dragon, Korean-Chinese boy band EXO, multi-national girl group f(x), boy band balladeers 2AM and up-and coming group Teen Top. Other performing artists include hip-hop artists Dynamic Duo, electronic-house music artist DJ Koo, Korea's Superstar K4 finalist Yu Seung Woo, American Idol Season 11 finalist Hee Jun Han and American rapper-singer Missy Elliott.

KCON 2013 is the latest Korean-themed event supported by YesStyle and YesAsia as part of its ongoing commitment to promoting Asian talent and culture globally.
