• Reasoning From Incomplete Evidence. Act without a full picture by running multiple working hypotheses and continuing to collect information instead of freezing while waiting for certainty.
• The Code of Trust. Dreeke's five rules for building trust with anyone: Suspend your ego, be generous, validate others, honor reason and be nonjudgmental.
