The series of half-day events are free of charge and will teach attendees the latest in best practices around customer service from Zendesk's customer service experts, Zendesk customers and keynote speaker, Micah Solomon, the best-selling author behind "High-Tech, High-Touch Customer Service" and "Exceptional Service, Exceptional Profit."
