Zendesk Announces Best-Selling Author Micah Solomon Will Join Its 2012 Customer Service Hero Tour

SAN FRANCISCO, May 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Zendesk (http://www.zendesk.com/), the proven cloud-based help desk software, announced today that it will kick off a multi-city Customer Service Hero tour in Denver, Austin and Chicago. The series of half-day events are free of charge and will teach attendees the latest in best practices around customer service from Zendesk's customer service experts, Zendesk customers and keynote speaker, Micah Solomon, the best-selling author behind "High-Tech, High-Touch Customer Service" and "Exceptional Service, Exceptional Profit."
