Zeta Interactive Announces Appointment of Russ Garter to Vice President of Account Management

In his new role, Garter will be tasked with strengthening relationships with select clients among Zeta Interactive's existing roster of more than 200 world-class companies, as well as extending the Zeta Interactive footprint to reach new customers.  

Garter joins Zeta Interactive with more than a decade of experience across the entire interactive marketing landscape, including an extensive background in email marketing.

Most recently, Garter served as Vice President of Client Services for CheetahMail where he managed a 140 member client service team that was responsible for the set-up, deployment and execution of more than 100 agency clients. Additionally, Garter was responsible for contract negotiation, client retention and revenue growth, and also served as a subject matter expert on select company products and services. Among the clients Garter has served include American Express, Borders, The Limited Brands, Hallmark, Kohl's and Staples.  

Prior to his tenure with CheetahMail, Garter served as a project manager for interactive service firms Open-i-Media and Commerce One, where he was responsible for strategy and budget development, as well as the management of agency staff and clients.
