Craig Libson has been appointed General Manager of ZNAP® Canada; Jill Wiseman has been appointed Vice President, Marketing; and Jonathan Zamick has been appointed Vice President, Strategic Alliances.

As the General Manager of ZNAP® Canada, Mr. Libson will be responsible for overseeing all growth and activity in the Canadian market. Mr. Libson comes to ZNAP® with extensive operational and industry experience in the mobile, prepaid, emerging payments and electronic transaction sectors. Since 2000, Mr. Libson has launched and served as CEO or in other senior management positions of several businesses in these areas, most recently as Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives at Planet Payment, a global payments technology company. Prior to 2000, he practiced corporate law, advising international businesses.

Ms. Wiseman will create and lead marketing strategies aimed at building the ZNAP® brand in North America, supporting merchant adoption and co-marketing strategies. She brings over 20 years' experience in product marketing, customer engagement, and loyalty and partnership management from her extensive experience at American Express and at MetLife Insurance.  Ms. Wiseman holds an MBA in marketing from NYU Stern School of Business.

Mr. Zamick brings to ZNAP® his extensive entrepreneurial experience developing and defining technology companies, working with startups from raw vision to pre-IPO to leverage disruptive technologies to create new efficiencies and opportunities. He's consulted to the world's largest financial institutions, movie studios, telecoms and technology companies, helping design intrapreneurial and nimble responses to those same disruptions, aiding in adoption of now-industry standard security, and launching key mobile and digital entertainment offerings. In his new role, he is responsible for developing relationships with strategic partners in coordination with the sales and business development workstreams. Additionally he will provide project management support for key client implementations.
