結果：ASC30皮下治療制劑（注射劑A）的表觀半衰期（observed half-life，指ASC30血藥濃度下降至峰值的50%所需的時間）達46天，而ASC30皮下維持制劑（注射劑B）的表觀半衰期達75天。治療制劑的峰濃度與第29天的濃度比值（Cmax-to-Cday29）為1.5:1，支持每月一次給藥；維持制劑的峰濃度與第85天的濃度比值（Cmax-to-Cday85）為2.5:1，則支持每季度一次給藥。 未觀察到嚴重不良事件或3級及以上不良事件。胃腸道不良事件為輕至中度。實驗室檢查、生命體征、心電圖（QTc間期）及體格檢查均正常。所有隊列均未檢測到肝臟安全性信號。
