129 United Physicians Practices Designated As Blue Cross Blue Shield Of Michigan Patient-Centered Medical Homes (PCMH)

BINGHAM FARMS, Mich., July 24, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- United Physicians announced today that Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) has designated 129 United Physicians primary care practices representing 355 primary care physicians as Patient-Centered Medical Homes. This growth equates to a 48% increase in the number of designated practice units and a 68% increase in the number of designated PCPs from last year.
