17 Acre LA SQUARE Finds Restaurant Partner in Epicurean Group, Two New Restaurants Planned

TROY, Mich., Sept. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- New California Hotels Corporation partners to create two unique and innovative restaurants at LA SQUARE.  Epicurean Group of Detroit Michigan will be developing two brands in the future Hotel at 5500 Crooks Road. A New Hotel name will be released in October 2013.

The hotel will feature two restaurants created by Epicurean Group.

The All New "Northern Lakes Seafood Restaurant" will occupy what was once the Charlies Crab location. The innovative new restaurant will serve fresh seafood, seasonal flavors served in a dining room designed as a tribute to both the Great Lakes State and Global Mariners. The restaurant will be 10,000 sq. ft.

The new "Epic Cafe" will be located inside the hotel in a multi-level seating environment. The 2,000 sq. ft. Cafe will partake of classic deli soups and sandwiches as well as a combination of New York and Detroit-style delis complemented by a charming beer and wine bar.

The LA SQUARE development was created by CEO Remo Polselli. A 17 acre planned development at the 1-75 and Crooks Road exit in the city of Troy, Michigan.
