Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated is serving as sole book-running manager of the proposed offering. Raymond James & Associates, Inc. is serving as co-manager. It is expected that the underwriters will be given a 30-day option to purchase up to approximately an additional 750,000 common shares to cover any over-allotments.
