2011 ICMAD Cosmetic Innovators of The Year Announced

NEW YORK, July 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors Association (ICMAD), Palatine, IL, recognized member companies for their innovative products, package designs and marketing ideas at the association's eighth annual CITY Awards for Cosmetic Innovators of The Year, held June 29, 2011 in New York City.
