2018 Deer King Championship was staged in Dafeng, Jiangsu

It is the national first-class protected animal. Today, the Milu Deer's population has grown from the original 39 to 4,556, accounting for more than 60% of the world's Milu Deer. The number of wild population has increased to 905. Milu Deer has become a flag of Dafeng's ecological priority and green development, a typical example of Jiangsu's green development.
