2FA, Inc. Announces Appointment of Former NextCARE and EPIC Healthcare Group Executive as Chief Financial Officer

AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- 2FA, Inc., a cybersecurity company focused on user authentication and encryption, based in Austin, Texas, today announced that Mr. John O'Donnell has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO) supporting the company's strategic expansion, reporting to Mr. Gregory Salyards, President and CEO of 2FA, Inc.  Mr. O'Donnell will be responsible for leading all aspects of the company's financial relationships and ensuring the company is appropriately prepared for the aggressive expansion planned in 2014. He is charged with preparing the company fiscally for expansion into healthcare and enterprise markets. Focus will be on establishment of key financial relationships and investor relations.

Prior to joining 2FA, Inc., Mr. O'Donnell served as the CFO and in executive management for numerous healthcare and technology-focused organizations such as: Millcreek of Arkansas, Commonwealth Medical Group, NextCARE, EPIC Healthcare Group, Charter Medical, and Specialty Hospital Group. John holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Auburn University and an MBA in Finance from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.
