(Pink Sheets: TDEY) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a resellers agreement with Allied Communications, a Telecommunications company with offices located throughout the United States.  According to the terms of the agreement, Allied Communications will market, solicit orders and promote sales of the 3D Eye's state-of-the art 3D without glasses technology within the hospitality gaming industry.
