"Choose to master one thing in your business at a time. Become an absolute technician at that one skill until you produce results from it. Never stop learning.

You're going to become old news in your field, your income is going to plateau, and your talents are going to max out at a certain height. Many people are not great communicators; it's not something we were taught in formal education. If you can master how to communicate with people properly, you are ahead of your game on every level. The biggest tip I can give is to learn how to listen. That is the essential part of any business, listen to what the customers are asking for."
