PRINCETON, N.J., Jan. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Five powerful online tools offered by Choose New Jersey are helping New Jersey businesses, municipalities and economic development organizations thrive. A privately funded and governed nonprofit organization, Choose New Jersey markets the state across the world in an effort to grow jobs and investment in the Garden State.
"With more than 90% of the research for site selection done online, before an economic development organization or municipality is ever contacted, it is increasingly important for states and communities to have a robust and diversified digital strategy that allows them to compete for business investment," said Jenn Kramer, chief marketing officer of Choose New Jersey. "The easy-to-use tools are helping put information at the fingertips of those who need it and they're helping us nurture economic growth throughout the state."
These five tools promote the Garden State's competitive business advantages to prospective investors, site selectors and location advisors, while also helping companies already located in New Jersey:
StateBook – Choose New Jersey is offering the state's communities and economic development organizations free access to a new web-based tool that can help them showcase their best assets to interested parties around the world. Bank of America, FirstEnergy, IBEW Local 102, PNC Bank, PSE&G and NJM Insurance Group are helping to make this possible.

Choose NJ Sites – As a one-stop shop for decision makers searching for commercial properties in New Jersey, ChooseNJSites.com provides a cost-effective platform for commercial and industrial property owners in the state to showcase their sites and facilities. Property owners and brokers are able to add their properties to the database at low or no cost. It is sponsored by Brandywine Realty Trust, C&K Properties, Jones Lang LaSalle and the New Jersey Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
