"In 2010 we sold 62 total properties – 57 developer home sites and five custom homes," according to Martis Camp Sales Director Brian Hull.  "But the more compelling story is the large number of homes at Martis Camp that are finished and are under construction.  A total of 54 homes are under construction and 25 others are already completed, ranging in price from approximately $1.7 million to more than $10 million with an average home price between $2.5 million and $3.5 million.  This level of private residential construction activity is just unheard of in these unusual and challenging market conditions."
