This amazing establishment is open to the public, roasts coffee onsite, serves a wide variety of high-quality food and in-house baked goods, features Kombucha, Cold Brew and Nitro Cold Brew on tap, single origin limited availability roasted coffee, an electronic Poursteady pour-over machine for an unparalleled coffee experience, state of the art SONOS sound system, and five 4k TVs. For Mercurys loyalists and coffee enthusiasts alike, the Flagship Roastery & Bakery offers a behind the scenes glimpse of the coffee making process and Mercurys Coffee Co. business operations.
Since opening its doors last fall, Mercurys has welcomed countless local media influencers, opened its bakery to a Food Network taping, and hosted the Seattle Seahawks athletic training staff.
