What is cyber bullying?

The definition of cyber bullying is the use of cell phones, instant messaging, e-mail, chat rooms or social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter to harass, threaten or intimidate someone. More than 1 in 3 young people have experienced cyber threats online or have been a victim of cyber bullying. Examples of cyber bullying include name-calling, continually contacting someone after they have specified that they want to be left alone, posting mean comments, altering photos to pick fun at someone, sending threats and so on.
