Since she couldn't move, the utter of debilitation, hyperventilating and trembling, Catherine's husband had to take control and soothe her as best he could as he carried her off the train, putting her on the ground while having a seizure attack, police quickly surrounding them, while waiting for the ambulance to arrive.

"It was a really scary experience, because I lost complete control of my body," said Catherine from her home in Melbourne's inner South East. "I really thought I was dying. It wasn't until I spent most of that day in the hospital that I understood I was having a panic attack."
Catherine could have quietly dropped out of her life and hid from the world while anxiety crept into many areas of her life, instead, she chose to be curious about what was happening to her and became an advocate for her own healing.
